I am on the look out for a new commercial convection oven, has anyone ever tried or used the Blue Seal e31d4 as we have heard great things about this commercial piece of equipment. As a restaurant that is extremely busy we need an appliance that has a bit a fire power behind it. The things I like are the user-friendly electronic controls and a high-visibility digital display, seems like it could be easy to produce delicious dishes, just as you’d expect. the other features I like include the handy electronic thermostat and a vitreous enamel oven liner for easy cleaning. Anti-skid adjustable stainless steel feet and side-hinged doors with cool touch handles all help to make the E31D4 a safe option in any pro kitchen.
